BLACKROCK HOMES: This development of 2 houses incorporates elements of the ‘Arts and Crafts’ style but are designed to modern luxury standards.  This unique character is achieved through careful detailing and quality materials. Larger windows to the back utilise the southern orientation with large glazed sliding doors to the kitchens.  Features which differentiate these homes from the standard include clay rooftiles at steep pitches, brick corbelled chimneys, bespoke entrance doors with stained glass, cut sandstone entrance surrounds and bespoke joinery.

An existing house on the site was demolished and two large new houses were carefully positioned on the site to retain existing trees and ensure privacy with large gardens for each.
